5 stars - Grand Homes Construction met with me and completed an assessment of the roof and structure. They were accurate and reasonable with their evaluation and cost for the project, a 100+ year old historic building on the Syracuse University Campus. Work was completed on time and the site was cleaned up very well.
We highly recommend this roofing and siding company!

5 stars - I cannot say enough good things about this company. They installed new siding on my house, which is a big, 2 story colonial home. They had it done in only 3 days! The crew doing the work was very professional and courteous. The quality of their work is amazing! I highly recommend this company! Thank you, Grand Homes!

5 stars - I used Grand Homes Construction for my new roof and they did an EXCELLENT job!!! Joey came out right away to inspect my roof and explained to me what was wrong with it. Someone else had been working on my roof and damaged it with cheap supplies and labor. I was put on the list to get our roof replaced and Gretchen kept me up to date on when it would be our turn. The crew were all very nice and they did a great job trying to keep the debris out of my garden. Joey had to extend a piece a gutter from the upper part of the roof to the lower part. The painters didn't feel comfortable painting that piece of white gutter, so Joey came back after to finish it up for us. They are AMAZING!!!
